Project Overview

Helptobuyneyh are a Government backed “Help to Buy” agent for the North East, Yorkshire & Humberside. Helptobuyneyh is operated by Yorkshire Housing, a registered social landlord providing more than 16,000 affordable homes throughout Yorkshire.

The Help to Buy website was needed to display properties available from a wide range of house builders in the North East, Yorkshire & Humberside areas. House builders needed to be able to either manage their portfolio online via a web interface or for house builders with a large number of properties they needed the facility to upload properties in bulk via a data feed.

The properties available are eligible for the Government backed Help to Buy scheme and need to be displayed publicly as part of Yorkshire Housing's agreement with the “Help to Buy” scheme.
